1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Cloudwise website and services, operated by higroup d.o.o.
By accessing or using Cloudwise, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

Cloudwise provides subscription-based AWS and DevOps services.
The scope includes ongoing execution, support, and infrastructure-related work as described on our website.

Services are provided on a best-effort basis, with typical turnaround times stated but not guaranteed.

3. Subscription & Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly, quarterly, or yearly, depending on the selected option

  • Fees are charged in advance

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time

  • No refunds are provided for partially used billing periods unless required by law

4. Fair Use

“Unlimited” work refers to a reasonable volume of requests consistent with normal business usage.

We reserve the right to manage workload prioritization to ensure fair service delivery across clients.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Grant necessary access to AWS accounts and systems

  • Ensure you have the right to grant such access

  • Maintain backups unless explicitly agreed otherwise

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and to use it only for purposes related to the service.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property developed during service delivery remains the property of the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cloudwise retains ownership of its methodologies, processes, and tools.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Cloudwise is not liable for indirect or consequential damages

  • Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the client in the previous three (3) months

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time by providing written notice.
Upon termination, access to services will end at the conclusion of the billing period.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Slovenian courts.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Cloudwise constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
